Madison Rubin is a United States Air Force veteran turned first-generation farmer. He saw an ever-growing need in the community for small farms and the goods they produce and decided to trade in one uniform for another. He believes that small farms are the backbone of a strong country and strives to have his farm produce the best animal products available through regenerative agriculture.

He owns and operates Guiding Star Farm with his wife, Pearl, and lives in his family home on the property. He is the proud father of his new son, Augustus.
